The Breeder, the Buyer, and the Puppy are all covered by this document. To the best of Breeder’s knowledge the puppy is in good health at the time of sale. Puppy is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, dewormings and general health care. Within 72 hours of purchasing the puppy, the buyer is strongly encouraged to have it examined by a licensed veterinarian in their state. The breeder guarantees that the parents have gone through every step possible to ensure that the puppy will be healthy and live a normal life. This guarantee is valid until the puppy reaches the age of two. In the event that a puppy has a “proven” genetic pre-existing life-threatening medical condition that prevents it from leading a normal life, the puppy will be replaced as soon as possible with a puppy of equal value and gender. The buyer will be responsible for all transport costs. A licensed veterinarian must confirm any genetic health issues and provide test results from a licensed laboratory to back them up. Breeder reserves the right to request additional testing and a second opinion. It is important to know that once the puppy is with the new owner, the breeder will not pay for any medical bills. Any genetic health issue must be reported to the breeder immediately via phone and in writing within 24 hours. After three days of purchase, this guarantee does not cover any contagious diseases, umbilical hernias, or intestinal parasites (rare, but they can happen). Neither do any problems brought on by inadequate feeding or neglect. The puppy should be fed adult-grade food. There are numerous brands of Taste of the Wild premium grain-free food that Seminole feeds. Any and all legal action initiated by the Buyer must be brought in Summers County, West Virginia, in the event of a health guarantee dispute that cannot be resolved by Breeder/Buyer. This guarantee expressly states everything that is implied. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the contents of the guarantee, which can be found on the website. By making a deposit, you agree to the terms of this agreement. Upon receiving the puppy, you will be given a copy of the health guarantee.
